The professional ironing machines PS022 and PS023 are, for their small and practical architecture and their operating system, are well used in both the household and professional sector. As a matter of fact that their operating system and their components have been developed for irons which provides industrial performances and have been implemented into a structure fitted to satisfy both household and professional requirements. The boiler is made of stainless steel so as to be limestone-proof even with tap water. It has a capacity of 1,2 liters permitting to keep ironing for about two hours. Its internal structure is designed to get the “right water filling” thus making the formation of a steam chamber possible. The components (all replaceable individually):
The industrial steam iron FS454 of 1,8 kg has a monohose, that is steam hose of mm 5x10 plus current supply cord in Nylon coating, which connects the iron to the boiler. Its most revolutionary feature is the pressure die-cast aluminum plate with 32 steam chambers. This particular structure permits to eliminate the condense produced in the steam hoses for an anti-drop performance even with a steam hose of 5,0 meter. The heating element is pressure die-cast directly in the plate’s upper part concentrating, in this way, on the counter-plate 2/3 of the weight; by means of this structure the heat can be uniformly given off and the heating element is long-life.
