The professional steam irons with separated boiler PS08/D and PS09/D are ironing machines that, for their architecture: small and practical and their operating system, are well used in both the household and professional sectors. As a matter of fact, their operating system and their components have been designed for irons providing industrial performances, but implemented into a structure fitted to satisfy requirements of both household and professional sector. As a distinguishing feature, the structure has been given a rounded shape so to appear more harmonious and elegant. In the end the handle in the upper side of the chassis makes its moving easier. The boiler is made of stainless steel so as to be limestone-proof even with tap water. It has a capacity of 2,0 liters permitting to iron for about four hours. Its internal structure is designed to get the “right water filling” thus making the formation of a steam chamber possible. The components (all replaceable individually):
*available only for the model PS09/D The industrial steam iron FS454 of 1,8 kg has a monohose, that is a steam hose of mm 5x10 plus current supply cord in Nylon coating, which connects the iron to the boiler. Its most revolutionary feature is the pressure die-cast aluminium plate with 32 steam chambers. This particular structure permits to eliminate the condense produced in the steam hoses for an anti-drop performance even with a steam hose of 5,0 metre. The heating element is pressure die-cast directly in the plate’s upper side concentrating, in this way, on the counter-plate 2/3 of the weight; by means of this structure the heat can be uniformly given off and the heating element is long-life.
