MOD. PG027 STEAM IRON WITH STAINLESS STEEL BOILER OF 5,0 LITERS

The PG027 has been designed to satisfy customers’ space and convenience demands in accordance with professional and household requirements. Its small shape permits it to be placed on every kind of surface and to be moved easily by the handle mounted on the upper part of the chassis. Its chassis is wholly of stainless steel like the internal tank  so to be definitively limestone-proof even with tap water. In the end a steam outlet, with installed a solenoid valve, regulates the steam overflow getting the desired steam burst.

Its main components are as follows:

    armour-plated Incoloy heating element for energy conservation

    bulb thermostat  with a probe put directly into the heating element to control its temperature in case of a rise

    pressure switch for a continuous steam control

    safety cap with safety valve

    exhaust valve

The industrial steam iron FS454 of 1,8 kg has a monohose, that is a steam hose of mm 5x10 plus current supply cord in Nylon coating, which connects the iron to the boiler.

Its most revolutionary feature is the pressure die-cast aluminium plate with 32 steam chambers. This particular structure permits to eliminate the condense produced in the steam hoses for an anti-drop performance even with a  steam hose of 5,0 metre.

The heating element is pressure die-cast directly in the plate’s upper side concentrating, in this way, on the counter-plate 2/3 of the weight; by means of this structure the heat can be uniformly given off and the heating element is long-life. 

Its main components are as follows:

    safety bimetallic thermostat with manual reset for an exact temperature control

    thermostat for the anti-drop regulation (the plate temperature at the minimum is 60°C)

    handle made of steel bracket to ensure sturdiness and a plastic covering with built-in wings as steam protection

    anti-perspiration cork handle

    steam button that can be fitted for left-handed, too
